i have just bought a chevy 350, I was jw how high can i bore the block to. The motor vin is 3970010.

Welcome to the site.... Great to have you here... :thumbup: I don't like to go over 40 Thousands.. You can go more but, I would get it Sonic tested First..

i took mine out to .060 over with no issue but like NI said....make sure its a good block. i have a block with the same serial #. I'm having issues with finding a valvetrain setup that can get me 500HP so do your homework first before ya drop mucho $$$ on it... hope this helps.
