hi-tech 429 tech help

I am looking into a 429ci engine with shaved 460ci heads. I can already hear you old schoolers are going to hate my plans, so be nice!! Anyone have any suggestions on a programmable distributorless electronic ignition system, programmable port injection hardware, and programmable fly by wire hardware for my 429ci with (slightly modified) 460 heads? Or will I need to fab most of it in my shop?
