Hi there, im in the midst of planning out a 572 stroker hemi build (based off the 426 hemi) to throw in my 1962 plymouth belvedere and im trying to find a transmission thatd work. I have a push button auto and would like to keep it so no fully manual trannys. it's going to be a street cruiser and less of a strip car but i still want it to be able to handle whatever power the engine makes were i to give it some gas, im predicting 700-800hp n/a (and it will remain n/a) but i havent been able to find much on these builds (probably cause of how costly they are).. i was looking at this one from summit racing but with half the reviews saying its junk, im hesitant.. is there anyone who has experience with 727's and knows a brand they'd recommend?

The case and valve body for the push button shifter on the 727 is different from the later design 727 after the push button shifter was deleted by Mopar. This is something you will need to plan ahead for.
