I like to put my knees on one side of the rear seat ( drivers or passengers ,doesnt matter).
Then i rest my back on the back of the front seat. Now put a little weight on the seat while pushing the very bottom of the seat towards the rear of the car it will only have to go back @ 1.5" then start to take your weight off the seat and it should pop out. then move to the other side.If you are rough with it, the seat may loose its shape.
