I am trying to eliminate some slack in my parking brake cable and there is no room on the twister thingy to go any further back. So my question is which tool crimps the cable like this:
Tints and shades Human leg Electric blue Carmine Magenta

The plan is to cut the cable and then crimp the end so it look like the image above.

You're gonna need a rather large hand crimper or a pneumatic/hydraulic power swedger.
Is this a Lokar kit? If so, the adjustment is at the ebrake front cable mount. You loosen the 2 set screws for each cable in the cable block and pull the cables tighter then re-tighten the set screws.

Yup. Swaging tool and swages. Sometimes called Nicco press, as that is a common brand name.

There is a bit of an education to be considered as it does have some procedure to it, but for something like a parking brake cable i wouldn't worry.
