Curious how these cams would act compared to each other in the same engine. Same intake closing point,3º different overlap,one installed straight up and the other 3º advanced,single pattern,dual pattern.

10.3 CR 383 SBC Vortec heads 6 inch rods.

one cam is split pattern,slightly smaller (shorter intake duration) they are very close to each other. The extra few degrees intake might allow more air in,both will flow about the same out. split duration cams usually help heads with weak exhaust ports.
no answer can be given accurately,the heads flow chart might help with the math.

usually 4 degrees more timing will add 100 rpm or more,,,,many factors.
