bored .060,rotating assembly balanced
kiethblack kb134 pistons,zero decked,comp. around 10.88,per thier web site
patroit performance vortec heads ,ported ,2.02-1.6 valves
comp cam.XE284H-10 w/ 4-7 swap
air gap intake
holly 750 carb
heavy car..350 turbo 2500stall.

currently had a edel. perf rpm cam and intake and some ole 350 heads ported...
any thought or opinions.?

Forget the 4-7 swap, you will never even know you did it as far as any power gains from it, it is just taking $$$ out of your pocket to pay extra for it. Even full tilt race engines only see a little power from it. It might amount to 2-4 hp on the engine you are specifying.

You should be in the 425-450 hp range.

i was just going on the cam recommendation from comp cams .i may go with a grind close to that,just wondering on anyones thought. i personally dont like comp cams,and know a few people,including myself,had lobes wear off .

it may be wrong,but the engine is just awaiting a cam of choice..
