Hey guys im finally gettin closet to getting my elky back on the road after my semi resotration. The motor is soon coming back from the machine shop where they are building the shortblock for me.
heres the specs of engine
flat top pistons std bore. 4 reliefs not sure on cc
comp cams magnum 270 .470 int/exh 224 dur, int/exh 110 lobe.
edlebrock aluminum performer RPM heads 70cc, Straight plugs
edlebrock performer RPM intake manifold
670 Holley street avenger
points to Crane cams Xr- i conversion kit
hedman hedders (not sure on size) with cherry bombs true duals
i have a TH350, stock stall, TCL shift kit ,with 3.08 gears in a 66 el camino that weighed 3260 b4 i took it apart, it should be around 3200 with the alum heads.
What do you all think?
any suggestions?
I was recommneded Lakewood traction bars... are these any good?
