I used my starting line hvlp gun to spray bccc today . the pattern is not uniform . i always clean after use . Anyone had this problem . ???? :confus

if you took the gun apart to clean it most likely an air chamber has not sealed off fully. this causes the pattern to be intermediate and you will often see air bubbles in the cup. if the pattern is heavy to one side check the air passages in the tip and for damage to the needle and seat. a small nick will sometimes have big effects
