i need a muncie 4 speed badly. my dad tore the 4 speed outta my corvette. he was givin somebody a ride in it. by the sound of it and the way it wont hardly go into gear, it mustve sheared some teeth off the cluster gear. anyways, im lookin for one. doesnt matter if its m20, m21 or m22. m22 is prefered. i will use any of em. i just need to get my car back goin. ive found a few around my area but i was just gonna check on here to see if anybody's got one pretty cheap. thanx alot guys.

What is your deffinition of pretty cheap. An M22 is a reletively expensive and rare transmission. I would lean more towards the M-21 if you don't need the M22 strength.

well, i would like the m22's strength but i know im gonna have to pay for it. im gonna go look at a muncie in a couple days. dunno what type it is but i'll look at the side plate to see. the dude wants 600 bucks for it. which is pretty dang cheap for any muncie. as long as its good.

what up guys? i found me a 4 speed. its a m20 in perfect shape with hurst shifter and linkage and a bellhousing and all that. for $225. im happy now
