Does anyone know what brand and model of tires that are being used on dirt track hobby stocks. I have to use 205/70/R15 and I currently use primewell PS850.

depends on if the track has a tire rule ....If the track has a track tire then you go to the track and check the price on the new and compare to used and sometimes there is a big discount......the tires would come off like a modified or a upper class car and they run about half the life out of them and go with new tires so just look around find out if there is a track tire or not.........jdhemin

These make a good Street/Strip tire also as there have the DOT legal stamp.

Most the race tires that are "DOT approved" make marginal street tires. Even the companies who sell them have told me they are not good for any street use beyond driving to and from the track. Prolonged street use will result in tire failure.
