Installing new March engine pulleys

Hey guys! Can anyone tell me the best way to install a new March crank,and power steering pulleys? Its for a small block chevy, with an electric water pump. Brackets are already in place. Also am looking for torque specs for the bolts....

All those specs were included with my March stuff when I got it. If you don't have it go online to March's website.
