If there had been it probably would have been listed here > http://www.exeterautosupply.com/Docs/Offenhauser catalog.pdf but, I only see Chrysler/Dodge/Plym 6cyl.

I just checked at Clifford Research (the inline 6 performance experts) but didn't see any Chrysler Flathead 8 stuff.
I also thought of Inliners International devoted to all Inline powered vehicles ... but I didn't dig to deeply. I would imagine that signing up on their BB might get you some sources?

Help needed-Intake manifold ID 30's-40's
you can do it.
Years ago there used to be kits you could buy to add a couple more carbs to your stock 2 barrel manifold by using a hole saw and welding them on, In the mid 50's I split my 6 cyl exhaust manifold, make new steel pieces, cut the stock manifold, then heated up the manifold in the wood burning stove with a hot fire when the folks were gone, I had the Arc welder cord thru their bedroom window, pluged into the elect. stove outlet in the kitchen, welded it all together with E 60 11 rod then ran it back inside the house and put it back into the firebox and let the fire slowly die down and slooow cool the manifold. Ufab intakes sells kits for V8's and some inliners but I haven't seen any for your engine, but you might be able to buy some pieces. My brother built a 6 carb manifold for his hemi in his dry lakes 36 ford. I have been looking at a 6 carb kit for My buick nailhead.

The good news is that Thickstun DID make a dual-carb intake for the Chrysler straight 8 (according to this article)
The bad news is that Vic Edelbrock started out at Thickstun ... so that tells you how long ago that manifold was produced!
Who knows, though ... you may end up finding one on e-bay.

You can get some bricks make a fire pit and use charcoal, My older brother told me about a guy that he knew heated a 4 cyl block with charcoal, added ribs to the bottom end. I don't know how Nickel arc rod would work. It is expensive. If you have a gasket to use for a pattern you could make or order the plate from Ufab, some tubing and carb plates . I made a spider leg intake for my corvair powered/dunebuggy. I machined the intake portion of the combo-head-intake . added more carb flanges, then built the manifold like a set of headers . 3 pipes coming up from each side to the carb box. It would pull the wheels up in second gear.
