If it's just kinda an overspray mist, WD-40 may take it off with some rubbing. That won't hurt the plastic either.

What kind of spray paint? Exterior paint? Interior paint? You remove paint with whatever it takes to remove whatever kind of paint it is.

Spray bomb... like krylon.

Krylon is supposed to bond to the plastic, so taking it off is not an option. You'll have to put new color over the old.

If the plastic is color moulded I would try a small spot with some laquer thinner. It can soften plastics so be careful with it but it will take almost anything off. If the plastic is painted you won't want to do this as it will remove your original color.
