the LF4 400sb engine was rated at 175hp and 290 tq

anyone know what the real at flywheel output was,

instead of net ?

jut curious because im thinkign about dumping the stock worn cam for another one, if i figure out what would be good with stock heads and such

Maybe Chevy people can give you a better answer than mine.

What year is it? That tells how it was rated from the factory.
Gross, old net, new net, factory crate net, racer net ?

I guess mid 70s, old net. So probably about 200 flywheel.

Each is a different correction factor and different test parameters.
