Usually the two biggest, fattest wires will be your power and ground.
Try to power those directly at the plug going into the seat. You will need to find this out anyways, to make them work for your application.

So for now just find the motor that moves the seat forward and back. Two big wires, (one red, one black?) will move it one way, reverse polarity to move it the other way. You can sort the rest out when you get them home.
As far as the SRS/Airbag goes, that circuit will have Yellow Connectors on it and will be very small gauge wires in it. Be aware that static will set airbags off. So if it is one of those days when you are walking around zapping door knobs, or other things dont mess with airbag systems until the weather changes. Usually a rise in humidity will get things back to normal. Where I live its only dry enough to shock people a few days a year, and its almost always in the winter when the air is dry. So airbags should not be a problem for you.

How about the blue wires?
Also, have you tried to get individual functions yet? Maybe after you figure out which wires control ceartian functions you could tie them all together?
I am really just shooting in the dark here, and am suprised someone else hasnt jumped in yet.
