I need to know why! I spent 8 hrs painting a whole car in PPG Electron Metallic Blue. The color was hard to spray and I missed some spot which pissed me off. The sray pattern kept changing too. Does the metallic have anything to do with it? Also, when the paint dried, I had to look really hard at the color in different angles and I noticed that the paint looked slightly splotchy. or dark./light in some areas. Is this normal? Thanks for any help. <img src="confused.gif" border="0">

Several things can cause your problem.
The nozzel could be to small.
Fan pattern to small.
To much pressure.
To fast thinner.(not enough flow)
Gun to close to surface.
It takes lots of exp. to tell.
