mounting decklid hinges

whats up everyone? im currently working on my last body mod for my 89 Fleetwood Brougham (4dr).
i want to suicide my trunk lid to open reverse. i have a set of hinges that came off a buick park avenue, the ones with the connecting bar. im having a bit of trouble figuring out where they need to be mounted to acheive this. does anybody know the procedure for tackling this little project? any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
