Posted this on another forum so excuse the redundancy.
I got a 68 El Camino with a 383. I can't seem to get the distributor cap off. It's just the regular 1/4 turn screws, I've tapped on it pretty good. Does anybody know if there is something special? The instructions don't show anything.

Just talked to the guy at MSD. He said there's no reason it shouldn't come off.
