I have a 1984 Mazda B200 and it needs brakes not to worry, But i canno find a place anywehre around that sells a new E brake kit, I need the full thing from both sides and rwar to front

First off......use the spell checker...I don't understand your words. And use proper sentence structure...makes it easier to understand what your question is. From what I have gathered...you will probably need to go to the dealer...there are after-market kits but they are for street rods...go with the factory stuff for your Mazda.
