My son has a 383 chevy small block with a Holley 670 avenger. What have all you holley users do with the copper filters where the fuel line goes into the float bowls. Leave them in or take them out. We also have a plastic see thru fuel filter between the fuel pump and carb. What's everyone's preference? There or between the tank and pump.

I’ve always used one in the line between the pump and the carburetor, but I just buy the metal one with 3/8” barb fittings that they carry at Autozone. For the rubber lines connected to it I use SAE J30R9 fuel injection hose and clamps because they hold up better to fuel with ethanol.
