Well yesterday i spray some surfacer coats on the car but i guess i din't spray to much and its thin i already sprayed the car with the guide coat.. can i spray more surfacer over the guide coat or do i have to remove everything or can i just sand some of it off and respray

You are going to want to block that guide coat off before you apply any more primer. If you don't, you'll trap the guide coat in the middle and then when you block it you will be confused by what is what, it will be a terrible mess.

Just sand it off, if you don't want to block it, just sand it and then apply more primer. But if you have some there anyway, I would block it, even if it is kinda half hearted.
