Does anyone know where I can get a new safety clutch for a Mitsubishi DU-105 22 walking foot machine? I've looked everywhere and cannot find one. Most of the clones are a 12 tooth pulley and the DU-105 has a 16 tooth pulley. Would even settle for the small parts to fix. My next step would be to make/repair the parts if possible.

There are 2 ways to control industrial sewing machine speeds. One is to use a variable speed motor and controller. This will make your machine act like a variable speed electric drill. The other is a constant speed motor with a mechanical clutch. This would be more like a manual transmission car with the engine running at a constant speed and you control start, stop, and speed by slipping the mechanical clutch. On the sewing machine, you can change overall speed by changing belt pulley diameters. I have the mechanical clutch, and motor I'd sell at a reasonable price if your interested.
