Need Safety Clutch for Walking Foot

Does anyone know where I can get a new safety clutch for a Mitsubishi DU-105 22 walking foot machine? I've looked everywhere and cannot find one. Most of the clones are a 12 tooth pulley and the DU-105 has a 16 tooth pulley. Would even settle for the small parts to fix. My next step would be to make/repair the parts if possible.
