Pulled trigger on a 1929 Ford PU after looking at it for a couple of weeks. It’s an older street rod that appears to be very well build that I can update with some new wheels and fix a couple of minor issues, but nothing serious. I think it will be a nice driver for regional cruise ins or car gatherings.
The drive train is 350 Pontiac, 350 Turbo and a 10 bolt rear end. Suspension is a dropped tube axle with disco brakes With 4 bar linkage front & rear.
Well be installing the hood sides as well as the bumper.

When you pulled the trigger you got a good one! Yes, I would change the rims too. Maybe chrome smoothies or torque thrust D and tuck the rear ones in a bit. Bet it's fun to drive.(y)

Seems to drive very nice at highway speeds. Wheels are on the list of upgrades, looking at Torq Thrust D or maybe Rocket Igniters. The rear ends appears to be too wide, wider fenders or narrower tires is a possible fix.
