Hi all,
Have lurked quite a bit on here and gotten some great info and pics...
My big project this fall/winter is on my 62 Ford short/wide unibody pick up.. Boxing in frame and putting in a 03' Crown Vic front suspension, 9" rear and new motor ( unknown yet )..
Am into cars / trucks and old school v-drive boats ( have 65 Mandella I'm restoring as well )..
Anyways, just a little about me... Love the site!!!

Here is the unibody. My dad bought it in 1974 from the Forest Service. Lots of memories going to the dump, picking up bark dust, rock, etc..... Very sentimental to me !!! Been a great original old truck til about 5 years ago when the old 223 locked up... I had always wanted to go all out on her, and now I'm going to... I paint p/t for a biz, so paint is covered, just may have some questions on suspension, motor, rear, etc..... But here she is.... In Forest Service Green!!

Not a very good pic, but here is my v-drive when I just picked her up and decided to throw her in the lake without a motor.... Have a 468 BBC going in her. 600hp should propell this little ski boat just fine to pull kids and my butt single skiing... :mwink:

Always liked those trucks. Had a 64 non unibody lwb in the same color. Had a 455 pontiac and T400 when I got it but I sold it with a 302 and c4 a couple years later. A pontiac guy wanted the motor so off it went.
