I want to upgrade the seats in my 38 Chevy Coupe. I would like to have something with integral 3 point seat belts, like newer Caddies, Buicks, etc. Also want a power base. Tried a pair of buckets from a Trailblazer, but they were too tall. I'm open to your thoughts and ideas.

You need to be looking at older seats without headrests or with removeable headrests....late 70s...early 80s.

I find for older narrower cars like yours, you may want to look at import seats................"aahhhhhh RICERS".

I agree that the width of the car limits my choices. I really do like the idea of integral seat belts though. Thanks for the feedback. I'll just keep at it until I find something that fits both the car and me.
