Hey motorheads. Just registered, looks like some pretty knowledgable gearheads here. I'm finishing up a '66 mustang with a juiced up 289, also working on a '53 Pontiac Catalina with a '70 Buick 350, making a streetrod out of that. Next in queu is a '62 Chevy II, 2door hdtp. I'm building up a 327 steel crank bored .030 over.
Here's a question...I have a chevy 283, and an extra 327 steel crank, it's small journal. I know the 350 with a 283 will give you a 302, what about a 283 with a 327 crank?
