I’m currently building from scratch a Hummer H1 base on a Ford F150 frame

Welcome to the board. I love your Hummer project! PLEASE start a journal and show us all how you did it. I have always thought that making a Hummer clone would be quite simple for the average rodder and save $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$.

Welcome aboard Cad...Awesome project. I never thought of that...looks awesome. You must be using 18 or 16ga HR. Do you have access to the real thing for dimensions? Nice to see more Northern folks here too.

actually i used 14GA for floors pan, tunnel, and rear box
the only 16GA used was for the rear fenders
interior parts are made from 20GA

i did have access to a real hummer but my body was finish at the time
