Thanks for allowing me to join..I am in need of some serious help or advice or both..I bought my first amc back in August 2020 (supposed to be winter project) taking longer then I had planned..par for the course I'm sure! Oh yeah it's a 69 American Rambler...
I've been trying to get the motor and tranny installed but the transmission crossmember is not lining up.. I just realized or thought of today is that the motor and tranny are bolted together and motor is bolted to the motormounts already just to keep in place for now...anyhow is that or could that be the reason my tranny won't move into location it needs to be at?
