I have a new 6/71 blower i just put on i noticed that the oil in the little window is low what kind of oil do i use ????? 90 weight

You should run a High Quality 80w/90 gear oil with a GL-5 rating. Synthetic oil or Synthetic blends are OK to use

2x on the gear oil.
If you really want to spend a lot of $$ you can get GM supercharger oil. FMC has the same stuff but even higher priced. It's the ultimate in gear oil but not at all necessary for a 6-71. The stuff stinks like you would not believe. It's worth a small bottle just to experience what a truly bad smell really is. haha
