i have a freshly built 355 chevy and i noticed oil collectin on my fly wheel cover where might i look first for this leak
Check the valve covers and rear of the the intake, And there is a good chance it's the rear main seal hope not but it might. Also check the oil sending unit or the oil line if you have a wet gauge in your ride. And yes it can be the oil pan also. JMO. Cole

You are going to probably need to clean and wipe off all that you can and then start your check of where it is leaking at. Be nice if you have a lift. remove your flywheel cover where you can see up in there and see the pan and crank end clean it all up and start it and watch for the leak. Sounds like fun i know we have all been there . Maybe someone else has a better way. Cole
