I'm going to cut and re-route some brake pipes with 37 degree single flares. Is it ok to reuse the AN sleeves, or do I have to buy new ones for the new flares?

The next time you do an order from the US, why not order an extra package of each of the most common sizes you have on the car just in case. I do reuse them if the color anodizing isn't scraped off - but have spare sleeves (also some spare fittings) and luckily have a local source of SAE sizes.

If their not cracked or distorted you should be able to re-use them.
