I am trying to find out what year a Ford radio is. The number on the side of the case is OBF-430436. The only things that I am sure of is that this is a Ford radio and it is six volt.

Fords' last production year for 6 volt systems was 1955. Amazing when you consider Cadillac had 12 volt positive ground in 1952...anyway, you can always pull the cover off the radio & visually see if the tubes are marked 6 or 12 volt.
No doubt a picture [of radio] would clear things up.
