I am working on a 37 LaSalle Flathead V8 Can Not get it to stop over heating This Is what I have done Sent out Radiator Change Water Pump Replaced Head Gaskets sent heads out to be cleaned Flushed block at least 4 time. when I was flushing block Had water pump off water in block came out as clean as it went in. This car has no Thermostates If it is below 60 It does not over heat. Replaced temp gauage. and sending unit. Check Temp at top of heads when hot 210 to 220. Lower part of heads 165 to 185. I was thinking flow but with heads off flow is great. heads also flow great. Car will not start when hot must wait at least 30 min. Timing is dead nuts on.
