Hey fed- my local Supply store carries Speedaire paint guns for around $65 and they are great for anybody starting out- I've recommended them to several students. I also found a gravity feed detail gun at a swap for $35 new and it is great for graphics- especially on bikes. I like Paasche best for airbrushes. I know NAPA makes cheaper guns but have used one only once and am not aware of prices. Check the aircap- if it has a finer pattern of holes you will get better atomization- better finish. Just a couple airholes and it will want to spit and clog. Just my $.02!!! Good Luck and have fun- painting is a BLAST!!!
