You would probably have to photoshop a picture.
That's the only thing I have seen people do. Unless you know Chip Foose, or Dave Kindig, or Joe Martin...

You could try this:

House of Kolor Digital Paint Booth : Home

House of Kolor has a program (paid) that you may be able to use. Check out their website. You may be in luck that your vehicle is in their database. You then download the program with the vehicle of your choice and go for it.
I used this to some benefit with my '41 Willys.
