[STATUTORY GRAPE]

I sandblasted a frame a few months ago and just shot it with some cheap rattle can primer to keep it clean until I was ready for it (didn't know when that would be), but now I want to reprime it for painting, is there a primer/sealer that will stick to the old primer without having to wet sand the whole frame? I just put a thin coat of primer on,and don't want to sand through it so the frame gets wet. Also,what is everyones opinion on undercoating inner fenders right on top of primer? What is the best way to fill in some rust divets/crevices on parts of the frame? Any advice wil be appreciated. THANKS......

If you used spray can primer, you should be able to go to your local paint store and get some wash thinner. That spray can stuff should just wash right off of your frame and then you can get the permanent stuff on there quite nicely.
Everyone I know has always used "Alumalead" on frame pimples and dimples.
