I am about to clean and POR-15 the under body of my TA. Anyone got any ideas on how to do this besides crawling under the car. By the way, I have to do it outside. Cant use the lift.

Well, I would say you have answered your own question. Have fun! ;)

Chris
I jacked my '63 Chevy c10 up, which gave a lot more elbow room, but when you get down to it, there was still a lot of crawling around. At least the fire ants weren't up yet.

BTW, the long-standing reminder about POR-15, especially in close quarters. WEAR LONG SLEEVES and gloves. And don't paint right over your face, unless you like wearing little specks for a couple of weeks.

It's really not so bad. Just think about how you'll NEVER have to do it again.

Good luck!
How good does POR-15 work? I planned on painting the underside of my rambler with primer and spray cans, but if this stuff works as good as their web site says, then I'll get it instead.
As long as you take the right steps in the prep work, the stuff will last forever.
I painted the underside and the frame of the 36 with it in 1987 and it is still shinny and still cleans up very good.
