Did Pops use some gasket material or silicone between the angle and the table? And does it tilt to the drain? Looks like some good recycling efforts on Pops part !
You DID wash his vehicle for him for building that, right?
Yes, it was like an art table, so it has a built in tilt thingy.
He siliconed the thing all over. He put a sheet of 3/4 ply wood, and then a sheet of galvanized steel on top. Then he siliconed and screwed the almumin angle iron to the top.
It works great.
And no, I didn't wash his car, he was just glad to see me. I live in Tampa, him in Ft. Lauderdale, and my schedule whenever I come down is usually too hectic for anything more than a simple lunch.
