What compression are you after?
Has your block been decked?
Would you like forged, cast, or hyperutectic?

These are only a few of many questions that need to be answered.
Be ready to answer many more...

The 5.7 rod uses a specific compression height piston and the skirt is a trim length to miss counterweights at BDC. The needed compression height is 1.433 inch where standard 350 piston is 1.56 inch on a 5,7 inch rod.

Next is compression this will affect the crown shape of dishes and valve reliefs to flat to domes. This is in large measure driven by the chamber volume of the heads being used and the head material of aluminum or iron will affect the head gasket used and that thickness affects whether the block needs to be decked or a raised compression height piston is selected.

So to be of specific help to you we need to know more about what you are after in performance and roughly what you are thinking in way of engine configuration.

Keep in mind that not asking what you think is a dumb question can be mighty expensive on your budget.

Most of the piston spec'ed for this combination are 1.425" compression height....I believe KB/Icon is the only one doing the 1.433 or 1.431"....minor difference though, just .008" at most.
