I have a 1955 Ford F-100 with a 1980 Dodge Aspen front graft with the power steering. I am planning on putting a blown 331 Hemi in there, but am having problems with the PS box (HUGE!!).
I saw that Flaming River has a quick ratio (16:1) that fits A, B and E bodies "And will fit later years by changing the pitman arm". The earlier (before 1972/3 steering boxes use small sector arms while the "new" boxes use the large sector. The FR box has a small sector. I called them to see who has an F body pitman arm that would fit their box , but they really didn't know( or in fact care). Can I use an A or B body pre 1973 pitman arm in a Dodge Aspen??
