Hi All:
I have a power steering pump I purchased rebuilt a while ago. The rebuilt pump is slightly different since it looks to be the type used in a Mach 1 instead of a regular Mustang. The Mach 1's had a cooler that ran on the return line thus the tube on the pump bends up instead of down. Since this is the return line I believe it should be low pressure.
I bending the hose 180 degrees isn't an option. So I was thinking I have come nickle copper 3/8 line could a just make a u shaped piece and hose clamp that inline to change the angle? Or is there a better option since finding a new power steering pump cooler is pretty rare.
Thanks
Mark
