Can I shoot topcoat over primer timed as if between coats?

I have a couple of back door jambs and a snowblower to paint.
Not exactly concourse stuff.

I'm using PPG Omni MP282 High Build 2K primer. It will be under PPG Omni Acrylic Enamel for the snowblower, and PPG Omni Plus Acrylic Urethane basecoat in the doorjambs.
Both topcoats tech sheets allow the shown primer.
My question is will they stick if I shoot them over the primer during the primer's air drying period.

If no I'll let them cure and scuff.

You should be ok going wet on wet. Usually you want to sand the primer flat for a slick topcoat, but in the jambs you won't notice.

OK! This will be a big time saver. Today's calm wind, good temps, and reasonable humidity make it work.

Primers shrink a lot while drying for the first 24 hrs.
