Primer edge and old paint scratches

Anyone with painting experience need your advice
My bmw E53 had damage just under the window which I repaired with bondo that sanded level.
I applied primer then sanded up to 600 grit and thought I feathered it to the original paint.
Applied three runs of basecoat but noticed the primer edges showing through the paint.
It still feels level to the surface when I feel it's edges with fingers
Have not applied clear coat yet
Shall I sand it and redo the basecoat?
