I've checked out your forum but don't think I've made a post.
Been building a 1937 Ford 5 window pro-street coupe for the past couple years. Details of the car:

All steel body
tube frame
383 Stroker Motor
700R4 Trans
9 inch Ford 430 Gear
Budnik Wheels
17x16.50x31 Tires

Hope to have the car painted by Jan 2005

38 Special, Ya the cutouts in the running boards for my exhaust
thats one of the MOD's on the car. Also custom rap-around dash
rear tail pan has been modified and the next thing is to round the top of the doors and build a custom floor console.

Thanks
Darrell

Paint will be similar to my Avatar Candy Orange & Silver with
a graphics to break up the two colors.

The purple Dodge looks great.

I wish I could take credit for the sheet metal fabrication, but a buddy of mine is doing the work. I'm just footing the bill. I've been wrenching along the way but when it comes to bending metal and welding, I leave it to the experts.

Nice looking car, Darrell. Are those 39 Ford taillights? I'm building a 36 Ford, going with the 39 taillights frenched. I've got a lot longer to go, though. Dan

Dan, when I first started looking for a car to Rod, 36 three window was my first choice, I found the 37 sitting in a barn in Michigan, it had been there since 1990 after someone started
street rodding and didn't finish the car. The only thing he had done was install new floor pans and firewall

The 37 does have Frenched 39 tail lights.
