Can anyone help me? I have a speedo, from a kit car, that is brand new. It is set up to use a VW speedo cable. Does anyone know of any type adapter that I can use to connect it to a 700R4?

When I used to live in Calgary, Ab, Canada, I have used a local speedo repair shop that could make custom speed cables (length, connectors...). Their main business was actually the repair and certification of taxicab meters. Maybe there is such a shop in your area?

Assuming the kit car is a Bettle based kit the VW speedo is driven off of the front wheel. The hard part is finding a good speedo shop that make a cable with the appropriate ends. There used to be a couple in the Los Angeles area, probably retired by now

I would Google Speedo Repairers over here they make up new cables as well.
