I was just wondering if there is such a thing racing style bench seats, either for a 68 Camaro or just in general? If there isn't can you just mount three regular racing bucket seats side by side.Thanks.

Well King, the only thing I can figure is that it's a 4 gear car and the man has a lady friend. There may be some mutual affection times when not running through the traps.Possible solutions:
a) 60/40 split bench
b) One of you must take up yoga
c) There is a back seat
d) Keep a blanket in the trunk
The visual picture of 3 race buckets is rather out there.

Hey Bull! My flatbed pickup is my daily driver if I don't have to usher kids around. I have a 78 Malibu wagon for that. My panel is under construction. Both have entire swapt frames under them. I don't care for cutting frames to sub-frame. I really wanted to go after something else, but where I am in the south, there seems to be plenty of them.

Do you guys think its stupid to put Corbeau racing seats in the front? Nevermind about the back seat thing,I know it was stupid. I talked to the guy at Corbeau and he said they make bench seat covers to match the front ones. They do make mounts for 67-69 Camaros,so somebody must have done it before.

i know what 68 camaro is talking about. matter of fact, im planning on doing the same thing in my duster. using stock bench style upholstery, only with bolsters and added padding to keep your *** in place in the twisties. its just an idea, seeming as how i dont have the money to accomplish it right now. but it is possible!!!
i like to keep it stock or vintage appearing, as well as have the closeness with my lady friend. and, its been a bench for the last 7 years, so itll stay a bench.anyway, thats just my two cents.
as far as the three buckets thing: that guy should be shot. or at least castrated.
