Rear disc brakes for 1986 Elcamino

I have a 1986 Elcamino semi street rod that I would like to put rear disc brakes on. Does anyone know of any GM assemblies that will bolt on? I am not a good fabricator.
Any help greatly appreciated

Could this get reposted in the suspension and brakes forum..the guys over there might know and myself I think this could be a good thread..:)
