removing ceramic coating
I have found only one way to remove ceramic coating from headers and its not that pretty.
1. Bolt/Clamp header to an old head or thick metal plate.
2. Heat the header cherry red with oxyacetylene rosebud heating tip.
3. Media-blast header with aluminum oxide media.
4. Straighten flange if warped.
